We offer clearing and forwarding services on behalf of our clients in this case importers and exporters of goods or cargo. We handle all the physical movement of your cargo from the source to the destination (LOGISTICS) and prepare all the legalities (CUSTOMS) in importing or exporting of goods from one country to another. Our team comprises of both clearing agents and experts in freight forwarding.

All our agents are licensed persons allowed to submit declarations to Customs on behalf of the importers and exporters. When we handle your project we are liable for the fulfilment of all obligations imposed on you as an importer/exporter. Some of the tasks that we will execute on your behalf include:

• We will facilitate the Customs and Excise process for declaring goods entering and leaving the countryon your behalf.
• Customs duty payment on behalff of the importer/exporter.
• Using the correct harmonised tariff codes to describe goods. Correct declaration
• Complete documentation using the correct custom forms.
• We understand the formulas and calculations used to determine the correct custom values

 

Our freight forwarding services cover everything relating to the transportation, consolidation, storage, handling, packing or distribution of goods as well as procuring insurance for the goods, declaring the goods for official purposes, and collecting documents relating to the goods.
