Construction projects lose money when crews wait for materials, and when materials arrive too early with nowhere to put them. CFA Logistics imports, clears, stores and delivers building materials and equipment for infrastructure, industrial and commercial projects in Tanzania and Kenya, timed to the build.

What we move

• Structural steel, rebar and steel structures
• Building materials, finishes and fittings, often in many containers from several suppliers
• Excavators, cranes, piling rigs and other machinery, including oversized units (see project cargo)
• Prefabricated buildings, modules and site camps
• Mechanical and electrical equipment for the fit-out

• Consolidation of orders from many suppliers into full containers (see sea freight)
• Customs clearing, including project duty exemptions
• Storage near the site and call-off deliveries (see warehousing)
• Delivery by flatbed, low-bed or container truck, with abnormal-load permits where needed
