Contact and quote request forms: when you submit our Contact or Get a Quote forms, we collect what you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, and shipment details.

WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and website chat: if you message us through these channels, we (and our messaging platform providers) receive your message content, phone number or platform user ID, and conversation history needed to respond to you.

CBM/rate calculator: inputs are used only to compute the estimate shown to you; we don't store these as a lead unless you separately submit a quote request.

Usage data and cookies: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Website via cookies and similar technology. This is aggregate, statistical information.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiries and prepare freight quotes. To provide updates on a shipment or request you've made. To operate our automated WhatsApp/website assistant, which answers common questions from our published FAQ content and hands more complex requests to a member of our team. We keep enquiry, quote, and conversation data for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, deliver a requested service, and meet our own recordkeeping and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you at any time.
