These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of cfalogistics.agency (the "Website"), operated by CFA Logistics Agency ("CFA Logistics," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Website, submitting a quote request, or messaging us through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or our website chat, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Website

The Website is provided to give you information about CFA Logistics' services — sea freight, air freight, land freight, warehousing, clearing & forwarding, and project cargo — and to let you request a quote or get in touch. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to the Website or our systems, interfere with or disrupt its operation, submit false or fraudulent information, or use it to transmit malware.

2. Quotes and quote requests

Any cost estimate shown by our CBM calculator, or any quote you receive through our Get a Quote form, WhatsApp, or website chat, is an estimate only and is not a binding offer unless confirmed in writing by an authorized CFA Logistics representative. Final rates depend on factors that can only be confirmed once we have full shipment details.

We do not process payments, bookings, or shipment confirmations through the Website. Any actual freight forwarding engagement is governed by a separate agreement, invoice, and/or bill of lading issued directly by CFA Logistics, not by these Terms.

3. Our automated assistant

Our WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and website chat assistant answers common questions using our own published information and can guide you through a quote request, but it does not have the authority to make binding commitments on price, service availability, or delivery timelines. Any such commitment must come from a human representative.

4. Intellectual property

The Website's content — text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to CFA Logistics Agency. You may view and print content for your own personal or internal business use in connection with engaging our services, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it for any other purpose without our written permission.

5. Information you submit to us

When you submit a form or message us, you confirm the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it with us. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle that information.

6. Third-party links and services

The Website links to third-party resources — including regulatory and government portals such as TRA, TPA, TBS, GCLA, and KPA, and our WhatsApp/Facebook messaging channels operated by Meta. We don't control these third-party sites or services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

7. Disclaimer

The Website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we work to keep information accurate and current, we don't guarantee it is complete, error-free, or that estimates will match final pricing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CFA Logistics Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website, including reliance on an estimate that differs from a final confirmed quote. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
